Ranch Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 baking potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 medium onion
    1 stick margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
    dash of red pepper
Preparation
    Line dish with enough foil to wrap over top of dish.
    Layer potatoes and onions, then salt and pepper.\tCut margarine over top and wrap.
    About 10 minutes before done, uncover and brown.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
