Tangy Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cauliflower flowerets
    1 c. broccoli flowerets
    1 c. coarsely chopped turnip
    2 Tbsp. sliced green onion
    1/4 c. low-fat plain yogurt
    2 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard
    1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix vegetables.
    Combine yogurt, mustard and sugar; toss with vegetables.
    Cover and chill at least one hour. Makes 4 servings.
