Lou'S Cucumber Pickles(Makes 3 Pints) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium cucumbers, sliced thin
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 yellow onion, sliced thin
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 c. white vinegar
Preparation
    It's so easy.
    You just mix the whole thing in a big bowl. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
    Transfer it to jars with lids and refrigerate for 3 days.
    This makes the best tasting pickles you ever tasted.
