Rhubarb Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

fresh rhubarb
water
sugar
cornstarch
Key lime pie mix
Preparation

Simmer rhubarb chunks in small amount of water until tender. Sweeten to taste.
Mix Key lime with small amount of cold water and add, stirring.
Add cornstarch and cold water until mixture gets very thick.
Put in mold and chill.
Makes a wonderful spread for lunch on bread or use as a condiment.
