Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oatmeal
    1/2 c. molasses
    1 tsp. salt
    1 envelope yeast
    2 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. butter
    about 5 c. flour
Preparation
    Add boiling water to oatmeal, molasses, salt and butter.
    Let stand a few minutes.
    Add 2 cups of flour and yeast dissolved in 1/4 cup warm water.
    Beat until well mixed.
    Add about 3 cups more flour to make a stiff dough.
    Knead well on floured board.
    Place in greased bowl and let rise until doubled.
    Knead again; form into 2 loaves and place in two 8 x 4-inch bread pans.
    Allow to rise again.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
