Beef Roast With Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 8 lb. beef roast
    2 cans golden mushroom soup
    2 pkg. onion soup mix
    4 c. diced potato
    1 (or 2) large onions, chopped
    2 c. diced carrots
Preparation
    Cook roast in roaster pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Then add all other ingredients in pan.
    Cook for 30 minutes.
