Fish Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. red snapper
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1 Tbsp. onion, grated
    juice of 1 lemon
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Bake fish with a little seasoning; bone and flake.
    Place in a bowl and add eggs, mixing well.
    Add milk and half the butter. Add half the cracker crumbs, parsley, onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Mix, then place in buttered baking dish.
    Top with remaining cracker crumbs and butter.
    Place baking dish in pan of hot water and bake at 325\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
    Serve with tartar sauce.
    Serves 8 to 10.
