Miracle Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. margarine, cut up
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    In blender, combine milk, eggs, flour, margarine, vanilla and salt.
    Blend about 10 seconds.
    Do not overblend.
    Stir in coconut.
    Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan.
    Sprinkle a little ground nutmeg on top.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Allow to cool, then chill in refrigerator for at least 3 hours. This pie makes its own crust.
