Lazy Daisy Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. raw rice
    1 lb. hamburger
    thinly sliced potatoes
    onion, sliced
    carrots, thinly sliced
    1 large can stewed tomatoes
Preparation
    Use a 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Layer rice, 1/2 hamburger over rice, potatoes over hamburger, onions over potatoes, carrots over onion and other 1/2 of hamburger over carrots.
    Pour stewed tomatoes over all.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
