Yeast Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    3/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in order given, adding flour last.
    Batter can be made day before and will keep up to 3 days.
    Do not stir down.
    Add a little oil in each muffin tin and heat before dropping in batter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Makes 24 muffins.
