Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

4 eggs
1 2/3 c. sugar
2 c. canned pumpkin
1 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a large bowl, beat eggs until frothy; add sugar, pumpkin, oil, pie spice and vanilla.
Beat until well blended.
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and nuts; mix gently to combine.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until cake is golden brown.
Cool one hour before frosting.
