Jail House Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    2 sticks margarine
    3 eggs
    7 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
Preparation
    Mix dry yeast in water; blend and set aside.
    Mix potatoes, margarine, eggs, salt and sugar; blend into flour.
    Add yeast water; blend well.
    Place in greased bowl; cover with cold, damp cloth.
    Place in icebox until ready for use.
    Roll out like pie crust (not as thin); cut in desired size.
    Butter tops; let stand for several hours.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
