Broiled Orange Roughy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. orange roughy
2 gloves garlic
1 tsp. lemon pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. dill
Preparation

Use fresh orange roughy or thaw frozen orange roughy.
Rinse fish in cold water; pat dry.
Preheat broiler to 350\u00b0.
Place fish in broiler pan.
Sprinkle with lemon pepper, paprika and dill. Crush garlic gloves and spread thinly on top of fish.
Broil for 10 to 15 minutes until fish is crispy on top.
Check for doneness by breaking off edge of fish with fork.
Should break off easily if done.
