Upside-Down Peach-Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. butter or margarine
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 can cling peaches, cut in chunks
1 can pineapple chunks
nutmeg
yellow cake mix batter
Preparation

Mix pineapple and peach chunks and drain.
Melt butter or margarine in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan in 350\u00b0 oven.
Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over butter in pan.
Arrange mixed fruit over brown sugar and sprinkle lightly with nutmeg.
Prepare yellow cake mix from your favorite recipe.
Pour batter over fruit in pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until done.
Let cool in pan 4 to 5 minutes, then turn over on serving plate and carefully lift pan off.
Garnish with whipped topping or serve with ice cream.
