Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large (15 oz.) can salmon
    2 eggs
    14 soda crackers, crushed
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. grated onion (optional)
Preparation
    Mix and form into patties.
    Brown in sprayed frypan.
    May also be baked in a 1 pound pan, making loaf, approximately 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
