Chicken Spaghetti Provincial - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken, deboned, boiled and cut into bite-size pieces
    4 c. canned crushed tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 large onion, quartered
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    2 tsp. salt
    pinch of basil
    pinch of thyme
    1 lb. canned or fresh mushrooms
    butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. light cream
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 lb. spaghetti
Preparation
    Simmer tomatoes and 2 cups chicken stock until liquid is reduced by half.
    Season with chopped parsley, onion, garlic, Worcestershire, salt, basil and thyme.
    Slice and saute fresh or canned mushrooms in butter until golden and drain.
