Chile Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 12 green chilies, chopped
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 small can tomato sauce
1 green chile, diced or cut in strips to use for decoration
Preparation

Place chilies and cheese in a greased casserole dish.
In a bowl, beat eggs; add milk and mix well.
Pour mixture over cheese and chilies.
