Angel Hair Carbonata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. angel hair pasta
    2 eggs
    1 pt. heavy cream
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook the angel hair and drain.
    In a large frying pan, heat the heavy cream.
    When it comes to a boil, shut off heat and quickly beat in the eggs, one at a time, until it is smooth and blended.
    Place back on low heat and add pasta to cream mixture. Blend well.
    Add a teaspoon of Parmesan cheese to mixture to thicken.
    Use a teaspoon at a time and blend well before adding more.
    Do not make mixture too thick.
    When it's just right, serve immediately.
