Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    salt
    pepper
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Brown pork chops which have been salted and peppered to taste in 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.
    Arrange pork chops in bottom of casserole dish and add rice.
    Bring can of soup to a boil in 1 can of water.
    Pour over rice.
    Make sure all rice is covered.
    Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
