Upside-Down Berry Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/4 c. butter
    2 1/2 c. berries, without juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. sifted flour (plain)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. baking powder (no kiddin', 2 Tbsp.)
Preparation
    Mix oil, egg and milk.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to the first mixture.
    Add 2 tablespoons more milk.
    Fry on hot griddle. Waffles, too!
