Horseradish Cream Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. heavy or whipping cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. prepared horseradish, drained
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
pinch of sugar
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation

Whip heavy cream until it forms soft peaks.
Combine mayonnaise, horseradish and mustard in another bowl.
Using a rubber spatula, fold in the whipped cream.
Add the sugar, salt and pepper.
Stir well.
Excellent with prime rib or corned beef.
