Sausage Supper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) jar applesauce
1 (14 oz.) can sauerkraut
1/3 c. dry white wine
2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
1 (16 oz.) can small white potatoes, drained
1 (16 oz.) can small whole onions, drained
1 (12 oz.) ring Polish sausage, slashed
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Mix applesauce, sauerkraut, wine and brown sugar.
Place in 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Arrange potatoes and onions around edge of dish.
Place sausage in center.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until heated thoroughly (baked uncovered).
When done and out of oven, sprinkle with parsley before serving.
