Gourmet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter
    8 medium potatoes
    8 oz. shredded sharp cheese
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. chopped green onions (tops too)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in skins until done.
    Cool and peel grated potatoes.
    Melt butter and cheese together.
    Remove from heat. Stir in potatoes.
    Add sour cream, salt, pepper and onions. Pour into greased 11 x 7-inch casserole.
    Sprinkle with
    paprika. Bake uncovered 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 until heated through.
    Do not overbake.
