Ranch Style Baked Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. fresh fish fillets
1 pkg. Hidden Valley dry Ranch dressing
1/4 c. hot water
1 tsp. chicken bouillon
Preparation

Mix chicken bouillon in hot water; pour into baking pan. Place fish in pan, skin side down.
Sprinkle with Hidden Valley mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes, or until fish flakes.
Squeeze juice from lemon wedge over fish.
Serves 2.
