Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. margarine, softened
12 bacon slices
4 eggs
2 c. whipping cream
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 lb. natural Swiss cheese, shredded (1 c.)
2 pie crusts
Preparation

Fry bacon, drain and then crumble.
Preheat oven to 425\u00b0. Spread crumbled bacon into pie crust.
With wire whisk, beat eggs, cream, salt and nutmeg.
Stir in cheese.
Pour egg mixture into crust.
Bake 15 minutes, then turn oven control to 325\u00b0 and bake an additional 35 minutes.
