Dutch Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 graham cracker crust
    1 large egg yolk, beaten
    5 1/2 c. sliced apples
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. light brown sugar
    1/3 c. butter (at room temperature)
Preparation
    Brush bottom and sides of crust evenly with egg yolk.
    Bake on baking sheet until light brown (5 minutes).
    Combine apples, lemon juice, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 3 tablespoons flour, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Mix and spoon into crust.
    Mix remaining flour, sugar, brown sugar and butter with pastry blender until crumbly.
    Sprinkle over apples and bake until bubbly, about 50 minutes.
    Cool.
