Broccoli And Rigatoni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bunch broccoli
    2 or 3 cloves garlic
    1/4 to 1/2 c. or more olive oil (optional)
    1/2 to 1/3 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. rigatoni
    1 egg
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a frying pan or saucepan, brown garlic in oil.
    Cut up broccoli into small pieces; add to oil.
    Fill with water until almost covered.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Cover; simmer until broccoli is soft.
    Smash with fork.
