"Twice Baked Potatoes" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    4 bacon strips, cooked
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. horseradish
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 large potatoes, cooked
    4 tsp. butter
Preparation
    Slice potatoes in half. Scoop out insides. In large bowl, mix potato insides, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, bacon, horseradish, salt and pepper. Spoon into potato skins. Top each with 1 teaspoon butter. Divide sharp cheese and place on top of each potato. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
