Grandma'S Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. boneless beef short ribs
    5 large carrots with skin off
    5 large celery
    1 large onion
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 small head cabbage
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    3 Tbsp. sweet basil
    seasoned salt and regular salt to taste
    20 c. water
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. noodles
Preparation
    Cut short ribs into 2-inch cubes.
    Put in 12-quart pan with 20 cups water.
    Using food processor, process carrots and celery into small chunks.
    Process onion and cabbage to a finer consistency. Add to meat and water with 8 ounce can tomato sauce and spices. Bring to a boil, then turn down heat and simmer until meat is tender, about 4 to 5 hours.
    Add noodles; cook according to directions on package.
    Add more water if needed.
