Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small heads broccoli
    1 can mushroom or cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 can onion rings
    grated Cheddar or Parmesan cheese to top
Preparation
    Precook broccoli and drain, saving a little of the cooking liquid.
    Put broccoli in a shallow casserole.
    Mix soup and mayonnaise with a little broccoli cooking liquid.
    Pour over broccoli; sprinkle with either grated Cheddar or Parmesan cheese. Spread crushed cracker crumbs on top of cheese.
    Top with crumbled onion rings.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
