Uncle Walt'S Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. honey
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
    6 c. whole wheat flour
    1/3 c. warm water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    2 c. milk (room temperature)
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add milk and softened margarine.
    Mix well.
    Add 2 cups whole wheat flour and beaten egg.
    Mix well.
    Add rest of flour gradually.
    Knead on a floured board for 5 minutes or so.
    Put in a greased bowl; let rise until doubled in size.
    Punch down and divide in half.
    Knead again. Place in a greased pan and let rise until even with top of pan. Bake 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
