Easy Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. stew meat
    1 can French onion soup
    1 can cream of onion soup
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 carton sour cream
    cooked noodles
Preparation
    Brown beef in hot oil.
    Stir in both cans of soup.
    Simmer for 1 hour or until tender.
    Stir in container of sour cream and mushrooms.
    Serve over noodles.
