Electric Skillet Meal(Sausage And Limas) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. diced celery
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sausages, halved
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen baby limas
1 c. tomato juice
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Set dial at medium and cook until golden brown the butter, onions and celery.
Push vegetables to 1 side of skillet and brown sausage.
Add limas.
Cook until tender, about 8 minutes.
Add tomato juice, brown sugar, salt and pepper.
Cook for several minutes, then serve.
