Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1-8 oz. can crushed pineapple
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. banana
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 c. of the juice and set aside. In a large bowl sift flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt and set aside.
