Pork Chop Bean Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops, trimmed
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup
dash of thyme
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans, thawed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Brown chops in skillet in small amount of fat.
Remove chops from pan.
Pour off drippings.
Blend in soup and thyme.
Stir in beans.
Put mixture in bottom of ovenproof casserole.
Place chops on top of mixture.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cover.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until chops are tender.
Uncover and cook 5 to 10 minutes more until sauce thickens.
Good with mashed potatoes!
