Festive Frozen Mint Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) Ready Bake Oreo pie crust
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
    1 to 1 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
    10 to 12 drops green food coloring
    2 c. (1 pt.) whipping cream or Cool Whip
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine Eagle Brand milk, peppermint extract and food coloring.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    Turn into crust and cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
    Garnish as desired.
    Freeze leftovers.
