Ken And Mark'S World Famous Corn And Tomato Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 large ears corn (cut corn from the cob)
1 qt. chopped onions
1 qt. chopped, peeled, ripe tomatoes
1 qt. chopped, peeled cucumbers
3 green peppers, seeded and chopped
3 red peppers, seeded and chopped
6 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
1 bunch celery, minced
2 Tbsp. turmeric
1 qt. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. mustard seed
2 Tbsp. cumin
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. salt
Preparation

Combine vegetables in a saucepan.
Blend turmeric and a little vinegar; add mustard seed and cumin.
Dissolve sugar and salt in remaining vinegar.
Put all together, pouring over vegetables in saucepan.
Boil, then reduce heat, simmering at least one hour, no more than two.
Adjust seasonings to taste.
Bottle in pint Mason jars.
Makes about 10 pints.
