Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pink salmon
    1/2 green pepper
    1/4 c. bread crumbs or cornmeal
    1 egg
    1 small onion
    seasoning to taste
Preparation
    Drain your salmon.
    Cut up green pepper and onions fine; add to salmon along with your egg, bread crumbs or cornmeal and seasoning and make into patties.
    Fry in deep fat until brown. Drain on paper towels.
