Mashed Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 large carrots, cut into 1/8-inch slices
    1 can peas, drained
    2 or 3 c. hot mashed potatoes
Preparation
    Place carrot slices around the sides of a greased 9-inch pie pan, standing up around the edge so they touch.
    Cover bottom of pan with peas.
    Fill pan with mashed potatoes.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Remove from oven and turn upside-down onto plate. Yields 5 to 6 servings.
