Turkey Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 carrot, chopped
 
1 1/2 stalks celery, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. barley
3 Tbsp. uncooked rice
1 can cream of potato soup
1 1/2 Tbsp. dried parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- 
                            Break up turkey carcass and simmer 1 hour in 6 cups water. Allow to cool.
 
Pick turkey meat from bones and return to broth.
