Chili Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

18 to 20 tomatoes
5 onions
5 green peppers
1 c. sugar
2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
-
Grind onions and green peppers.
Add all other ingredients at once.
Cook over low heat for about 2 hours or until thick.
Pack right away in clean jars and seal.
