Skillet Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. peanut oil
    1 small head cabbage, chopped
    5 carrots, shredded
    10 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
    shake of Louisiana hot sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    In a large skillet, add oil to heat, then add cabbage, carrots, bell pepper and onion.
    When done, add sugar, crumbled bacon, hot sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook 15 minutes; if you want crispy vegetables, do not cover pan.
    Cook until well blended.
