Succulent Spareribs(Makes 4 Large Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. cut pork spareribs
    2 medium onions, peeled and cut
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and halved
    1/2 c. molasses
    1/2 c. ketchup
    3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Cover spareribs in large saucepan with just enough water to cover ribs.
    Add garlic and onions and bring to a boil.
    Then simmer, covered, for 1 hour until ribs are tender
