Grandma'S Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. chicken fat
    1 1/2 c. rice
    1 large onion, diced
    1 clove garlic, finely sliced
    1/2 tsp. marjoram leaves
    1 chicken liver, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    few celery leaves, chopped
    few sprigs parsley, chopped
    3 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    In heavy frypan, saute all above ingredients.
    Add chicken broth and simmer until rice is done.
    This can also be finished in a 325\u00b0 oven.
