Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

fresh mushrooms
small onion
small green pepper
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
garlic powder
1 lb. sausage
3 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
shredded cheese
Preparation
-
Take center out of mushrooms.
Chop up mushroom centers, green pepper and onion.
Fry sausage and drain grease.
Mix all ingredients.
Stuff mixture into mushroom caps.
Pour butter over each mushroom right before you put into oven.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
