Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
2 c. diced, fresh rhubarb
9-inch unbaked pastry shell
lattice top crust
Preparation

Beat eggs well. Add gradually the sugar and flour.
Pour over diced rhubarb. Pour into pastry shell. Cover with lattice top crust.
Bake 10 minutes at 450\u00b0, then 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
