Hot Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/4 c. boiling water
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
rind of 1 lemon
2 Tbsp. butter
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine sugar and cornstarch; add slowly boiling water.
Cook, stirring constantly until thickened.
Add, then blend juice and rind, butter, salt and vanilla.
Serve hot.
