Ingredients

1/3 c. butter
2 Tbsp. water
8 carrots (cut in strips and cooked)
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mint leaves
Preparation

Combine first four ingredients in a skillet.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Add hot cooked carrots and spoon the syrup over them until glazed.
Mint jelly may be used in place of sugar and mint leaves.
