Peanut Butter Sour Cream Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
dash of salt
dash of nutmeg
1/4 tsp. soda
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. peanut butter
6 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. almond extract
3 eggs
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Sift the first 5 ingredients together.
Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl of electric mixer.
Beat on cream cycle until smooth and light.
Add dry ingredients.
Mix until well blended and smooth.
Pour into 3 well-greased small loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 until cake breaks from side or toothpick comes out clean 50 to 60 minutes for large cake or 40 to 50 minutes for small cakes.
