Lima Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (No. 2) cans lima beans, drained
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 1/2 whole pimentos, chopped
    salt and pepper
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Mix in dish.
    Cover with foil and freeze.
    When ready to bake, cover with Ritz cracker crumbs and grated cheese.
    Melt 1 stick of margarine and pour over top.
    Bake 30 to 45 minutes until bubbly at 350\u00b0.
